Discover the seeds within you

Participant report from the seminar series the 3 worlds

A participant report from the seminars about the encounter with the warm-hearted Peruvian healer Vilma Pinedo (hereafter Vilma) from the indigenous rainbow tradition. Vilma’s tradition practices on the basis of a feminine view of life: everything is interconnected and embedded in the great nature: Pachamama. I was able to experience how Vilma treated all participants with respect and how there was no excursion into personal guruism.

Visit the underworld, the middle world and the upper world in three units:

In Nürnberger Land, Ammersee and Attersee in fall 2023.

Anyone who feels the impulse and sincere desire to come into harmony with nature, their own nature and the primordial ground, Pachamama, in a natural way and under competent guidance, is in good hands with Vilma in my opinion. This woman from the mountains of Peru has the circular vision and cosmological understanding of life as spiritual chemistry stored in her blood.
I describe here my own thoughts, feelings, impressions and processes and ask all shamanistically experienced people and the spiritual tradition from the mountains of Peru for forgiveness if I do not use specific words from the indigenous tradition from Peru, because I am not familiar with these terms and choose the vocabulary that is available to me and refer back to the statements of Vilma during the seminars.

The AHNEN seminar series began in the Nuremberg region with a focus on:

Our ancestors of the underworld. Vilma spoke in the circular round about the fact that we have extensive ancestral chains from several cultures over a period of several thousand years with all the human themes of suffering and happiness and are thus interwoven in our present human existence. Each of us carries within us seeds of human and spiritual potential and the realization of these seeds is dependent on the energies of our ancestors. You could also say that the karmic weight of our ancestors breaks through into our own existence, for the better or for the worse in our lives. If we turn to these ancestors, honor them, connect with them and show them respect, the way is paved for good soil for our seeds. We can let the ancestors go and provide them with energy on their way.
The ancestors are shown respect and support on their journey through food in the form of seeds, sugar, sweets, wine, flowers and the heart connection through the blessings of leaves and arranged circular flower mandalas. The ancestors are also asked to strengthen us, to support us in bringing our own seeds into our lives. Vilma led our group in emphasizing the value of community, our connectedness from the heart and asked us to become aware of our desires, ideas and thoughts of the potential we want to develop for the good of the whole.
A grotto and a cave in the surrounding area were chosen as places to meet the ancestors.

In the grotto:
I’m sitting on a mat, with stones, sand and moisture beneath me. I feel my unknown ancestors calling out to me and I feel a great expansiveness and openness arising in my back and my deep desire to finally get in touch with them. I perceive images of pain, isolation, exclusion and abandonment, I feel the sadness and anger in the faces of my ancestors from different cultures. I have great compassion and I encourage you to move forward. I ask for support and real waves of love flow through my body, relaxation sets in. A sense of connection sets in and I hear Vilma’s singing voice from afar. It’s as if a weight has been lifted off me. Tears in my eyes and I can clearly feel who I really am, without the burden and heaviness of the ancestors, without the burden in my life. I am a loving being. No thoughts, ideas, just me and love, for a moment. I say goodbye to the ancestors and let them go, back, asking them to go their own way now.

In the cave:
We sit together in a large open cave:
Vilma asked us beforehand: find your potential, what can enter your life, unfold from within?
Thoughts circle in my head, dive into myself, can’t get rid of my thoughts at first, am a little frustrated, an opening and closing occurs, don’t get a clear perception, brief anger, frustration, relax, breathe, discover my diaphragm, yes, there it sits, there is something, power flows, pulsates, it trembles for a moment, deep gratitude, this quality of power, transparent, translucent without any resistance.
Finally no resistance in me, so liberating and I thank myself for being a long distance runner and never giving up in my life. This perception of power is liberating for me and some blockages are released. Power without power. This is how power can be combined with love. At last. This seed is in harmony with life.
Vilma emphasizes several times that we are a community and can support each other. I feel their warmth and love, their encouragement and seriousness.
After the meetings, a flower mandala is made with laurel leaves to thank the forces of nature around us, the beings of the grotto and cave.

In the dark cave to meet the guardian
I crawl into the cave, there are several of us and we look for a place. I lean my back against the rock behind me.
As soon as I touch the rock with my back, an incredible warmth flows into me from the rock. I now understand a little more about the indigenous view that nature, everything is animated. The rock connects with my back and a complete feeling of safety takes hold. The rock strengthens my whole body and soul in a way I had never experienced before.
I feel so protected. An incredible feeling of coherence, calm and strength lingers within me. My body glows on the inside. I ask to meet my guardian. As soon as I send out the thought, a soft, feminine energy flows into my head. All stress disappears from my brain. It’s just soft, round and liberating. I communicate and discover a female being above me. Their energy flows into my body right down to the cells of my feet. My energy body pulsates and vibrates. I am accompanied by pure joy and a feeling of redemption and incredible gratitude. I call her the mistress of water, because she constantly flows through me like soft, clear, warm water. I’m just grateful. No distraction, just solidarity.

Conclusion: A seed needs protection and water in order to develop.
After leaving the cave, we walk together to a lake, put flowers in the water and give thanks for this wonderful day.

Seminar at Ammersee: The ancestors of our middle world

We were asked to bring something to eat for our ancestors from this life: Cake for grandma, bread and butter for grandpa, goulash and spaetzle for dad, cream cake, grapes, gingerbread and much more. Everyone has brought something for their mom, dad, grandma or grandpa or great-grandma and great-grandpa, it is placed on a colorful cloth with rose petals. Our ancestors can feast on it overnight.
What strikes me is that Vilma has an eye for beauty, in the room there are colorful blankets spread out on the floor with feminine grace. Soul food for the eye and the mind. She sits with us in the circle, her eyes are alert, observing closely and when questions arise, she meets them with softness and clarity. I experience this woman as very present, no tendency to fly off into fantasies.
We prepare a large flower mandala with laurel leaves and give a large sheet of paper to the group. Everyone is allowed to blow their own important intentions into the paper. Blowing into it is a metaphor to participate with full intention and heart power. It’s as if the energy of the whole group blows into the sheet of paper. As I hold the sheet of paper in my hand, I feel an incredible warmth emanating from the paper. We weave our energy together. A beautiful moment. My heart laughs.
Everyone prepares their bay leaves and petals, 7 times three bay leaves, as offerings for the flower circle.
Vilma embodies the principle of exchange. I remember my first personal encounter with her well, when she spontaneously gave me a small necklace for my arm in exchange for a small gift. She repeatedly emphasizes that if something is taken from nature, it should be compensated for with a gift. Nature is seen as a living being, everything consists of give and take, carelessness leads to disharmony.
Back, a very large flower mandala is arranged and everyone places their bay leaves with the flowers in it, the energy in the room begins to boil, I feel warm and joy in my heart. We weave energy together for our ancestors to let them go, so that they can go their own way.
Circle dance:
Vilma sets a rhythm, the light goes out and we dance in the candlelight around the gift for our ancestors, that they come into the light, find their ways and we can go our own way free. A wheel of energy turns around the offering, first to the right and then to the left, rattling, drumming, polyphonic singing. Being together in harmony. No one is left out, everyone belongs.

The next day:
We go to two springs, one female and one male, touch the water, have prepared laurel leaves in front of it with a breathed-in intention of our being, our purpose. We look for a place in the forest, each for ourselves, and go inwards to find the impulses and clues as to how our seeds and our destiny can be realized. Then bay leaves with flowers are buried.
Conclusion: A seed needs protection and water in order to develop.

Under a beech tree:
I’m sitting under a beech tree. I look inwards, at my life so far, and there is a deep desire to simply live love and doubts arise as to whether I can or am allowed to do so. Is it okay to live purely out of love, where does that fit into our society? I have my doubts. I cry. Is that allowed? And then the flower of wisdom entwines itself around love in my heart. Yes, I can and may do that. I trust that I can pass on love and wisdom.
We are a circle, Vilma brings me to her side, a gesture and we say goodbye.

Seminar at Lake Attersee

The Upper World: The Rainbow
We are together in a circle in the morning and Vilma talks about the rainbow, holds a rainbow made of colored wool in her hand and asks us what it means to us. Connection, strength, beauty and much more is mentioned. The rainbow is created from the cleansing power of the rain in combination with the sun’s rays for a moment, she says. The rainbow is a manifest expression of the connection between different worlds that all belong together. All colors have their importance, just as all people are different expressions of this unity.
Then she gives each of us a piece of red llama wool. Llamas are important and meaningful animals in their region, which stand for resilience and endurance and are associated with the mountain. We are asked to shape the piece of llama wool into a tight thread, which we then wrap around our wrist. Then we have time to look within ourselves and investigate what we want to hand over to the upper world. We also get lama fat for the bay leaves, which stands for flexibility in the joint.

Inner reflection for a moment for all participants:
I feel that I am preoccupied with my love for myself and that I am not accepting myself enough. Discover the tenderness within me, towards myself.
After a while, Vilma asks for an exchange.

Vilma then talks about the flower circle, the sacrificial carpet of seeds, flowers and laurel leaves. Each seed, like quinoa or corn, has different times of maturation, so it is also with the stuck energies or blockages within us, it takes time to heal. Your path is a path of reconnection or connection with life, the cosmos and love, people with each other: community. On the path of their tradition, no plants or substances etc. are taken, but by means of the traditional path and its rituals, blockages are dissolved and the connection of each individual with his or her qualities to the cosmos is established. As I understand it, the procedures or rituals serve the purpose of reconnecting energies, releasing old emotional burdens and thus enabling healing and opening the heart.
We have time to make 3 x 7 bay leaves with two petals and blow into them with our breath from our inner intention and say prayers for our spiritual unfolding. Vilma emphasized several times to give us permission to speak with our hearts.
A carpet or circle of flowers is then woven from seeds, bay leaves, corn flour and many other ingredients, including white and red wine. Border with white wool and then place all the red llama wool threads around the white wool. Each participant then sprinkles the flower circle with red and white wine, female and male, the energy carpet and this is then folded into a large piece of paper, tied up and wrapped in the sacred fabric.
Each of us in the circle, one by one, holds this energy packet in our hands and asks the upper world, the ancestors of the upper world, for support in healing. As the energy packet moves around, I look out of the window and see mountains, lightly covered in snow, and the energy of the mountains takes up space in my heart. The center of my chest becomes very warm and a feeling of strengthening sets in. White mountains and a blue sky. A good omen to ask for healing.
Vilma takes the energy package to her heart and will give it to the cosmos, earth or fire at the appropriate time.+
In the afternoon we hike to a waterfall and connect with its energy of purification. We then visit the Taufelklausee lake and make an offering to a tree. In the dark, we walk around the lake to pay respect to it and to remember the star in the sky in the upper world that determines us, to be accessible to the seeds of the upper world and to seek out for us the manifestation of our existence.

Conclusion: Our seeds flourish with the help of blessing and turning to the heart.

Visit to the spring in the forest
The next day, the first thing Vilma asks for is an exchange. Several participants talk about their lives from a personal perspective, share their feelings and an intimate, connected atmosphere is created among them. No evaluations, no judgments – a common circle of mutual support.

Then Vilma asks us to make our own little flower circle of 9x 3 laurel petals with colored flowers, with the intention of putting and blowing in all our ideas, concerns and motivations for the rising of our seeds. Vilma gives a participant and me a background with drawings of plants and dragonflies to spread out the flowers in a circle. The dragonfly stands for paying attention to the signs that lead the way in the coming months. I can feel a new quality of centeredness in the room – a very intense circle of energy spreads out between us. I can feel the alignment of each and every one of us.
After the break, we take a walk up the mountain, through the forest, mindfully and quietly, and a participant leads us to a very hidden spring, which he knows because he lives here and runs the seminar house. Vilma asks him to give the spring a name. He pronounces her name: Mary.
This touches me in an extraordinary way, because about 20 years ago I had an out-of-body experience when I visited a statue of the Virgin Mary, an embodiment of the great Mother, the primordial source. The seed inside me had taken some time to manifest.
Then everyone goes into the forest with their small flower energy packet to offer it to the earth and say prayers
Afterwards, each of us visits the spring, touches the water with our hands, takes the water for cleansing and renewal.
We then spend some time together in a relaxed and fun way, one ‘sleigh’ made up of women and one ‘sleigh’ made up of men, and then make our way back.

Epilogue:
Vilma embodies a spiritual view and a way of healing that is at home in the spiritual traditions of many mountainous regions of the world or on mighty lakes. Be it the Bon culture and the Tibetan Vajra Yana, Shivaism, the healing culture on Lake Baikal or in the steppes of Mongolia or Sami culture in northern Europe.
What I particularly experience with Vilma is the complete contact with the present world and at the same time with the spiritual world. In my view, Vilma acts in harmony with the spirit of Mother Nature, which is not separate from earthly nature. Nature and spirit are one.
All her rituals and actions, such as the flower circle, the leaf rituals, calling the beings of the mountains, rivers and lakes, involve communication with the female and male energies and weave everything together. This is Trantra in the original sense. The rainbow and its emanations create a connection with all worlds simultaneously.
Vilma repeatedly emphasizes the ‘now’ in order to understand that everything is happening now. A river now flows from one moment to another.
Vilma’s attitude expresses: respect, esteem, compassion towards the ancestors and our present life and it goes so far that the ancestors are also fed with material energy to give them strength so that they can bring about changes on their level and follow their spiritual path.
There is no separation, there is the freedom to turn towards the primal ground, Pacha Mama, and to dissolve all bonds of separation.
The rainbow in the sky is also the rainbow on the spiritual plane. There is only one reality.
What particularly impressed me is that Vilma is full of heart in everything she does. The alchemy of love speaks in it and we, the participants, connect with it so that our encounters multiply this.
I am deeply grateful to be able to feel this, because it helps me out of the division, there is life and here I am. Life and I are one.

If I have understood Vilma correctly, her gatherings are not for shaman training, but she wants us to develop our potential, make our seeds blossom and become part of the rainbow bridge that connects worlds and people.
